Project Updates
As of February 15, we received our Certificate of Occupancy (Jan 24), staff moved in, and final A/V install is underway.
As of January 15, our construction team completed their work, appliances were installed, and we turned to punch listing; furniture was installed; and A/V install began.
As of December 21, flooring is complete, glass has been installed, wallpaper installed, and millwork/countertops are complete. In the coming weeks, ceiling tile detail, window blinds, and furniture will be installed.
As of December 5, millwork is being installed, walls are painted, doors are being stained, and the ceiling installation is being completed. Next week flooring is being laid, and electrical and plumbing will be completed.
As of November 10, framing has been completed and drywall panels are installed and taped, and mudding is underway. Rough electrical, power outlets and low voltage cabling is in process. Rough plumbing has been completed.
Demolition began on October 6, 2023, with the construction team removing interior walls in order to configure IHS' new office space.
